Do you ship internationally?

Not at present, we are however looking at New Zealand in the forseeable future.

 
Do you accept orders from parents?

Yes, however most of our customers are child care centres buying in bulk and retailers or childcare suppliers. Order on our secure web site.

 
Can I iron the fleece blanket?

No, polar fleecing will harden if ironed. If you wish to add an iron on label, ensure you have a large piece of protective paper [Glad Bake is excellent] between the blanket/label and the iron.

 
How do I wash the pillow?

The pillow will come with a removable cover. Zip open and wash, tumble dry or line dry and iron if you wish. Do not wash the insert as it may become lumpy. Do not iron as the insert will harden.

 
Can we add names to the linen?

Each product has a location you can add a childs name or class room name to. Jam Berry sells fabric marker pens in 4 great colours to match the linen

 
What is the cotton made from?

All our sheets, pillow cover and drawstring bags are made form 100% cotton.

 
What is the polar fleece blanket made form?

Polar fleece is made from a soft napped nylon polyester.

 
Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns and will refund if you change your mind. Simply post it back to us at PO BOX 232, West Burleigh QLD 4219 and we will refund you money, less the postage cost. We will accept this within 3 months of purchase.

 
When is the last shipping day for 2016

We ship up to Tuesday 20th December 2016. Out first shipping day for 2017 in Tuesday 4th January 2017.

What is a Single Stacker Sheet?

Designed for stacking beds in childcare centres, this bottom sheet is flat bottom sheet with a piece of elastic at each corner that staff grab and hook over the leg of the bed. The corners of the bottom sheet are cut out so the flat top sheet can be folded in and the beds stacked for storage with the sheets on. Economical option to meet accreditation.

 
What are Preschool Sheets?

Our original stacking sheet and still very popular. Designed for stacking beds, the sheets have a flat bottom sheet with a piece of elastic at each corner that staff grab and hook over the leg of the bed. The top sheet is attached to the bottom at the base making it one piece. This sheet is not suitable to leave the linen on the beds and stack for storage.

What are Floor/Peg Mat Sheets?

They look just like cot sheets with a fully fitted bottom sheet and a flat top sheet. They are designed to fit 125cm x 55cm x 5cm. Top sheet is attached making the sheets one piece.

 
What are Stacking Beds?

Stacking beds are usually plastic bed frames raised off the ground with a mesh base for the child to sleep on. The plastic legs often have moulded holes in them allowing them to stack on top of one another for storage.

 
What are Floor/Peg Mats?

Floor Mats are thin foam mattresses 2.5-5cm thick, often used for sleep or rest time in childcare enviorments. They are smaller than standard nursery cots. The most common size is 125cmL x 65cmW. Peg Mats are the same just with 2 eyelets at one end so they can be hung for storage.

 
What are Compact Cot Sheets?

They are cot sheets with a fully fitted bottom sheet and seperate flat top sheet. Their size suits a small or compact nursery cot, typically 100cmL x 55cmW x10cm Deep.

 
What are Cot Sheets Attached?

They are a standard cot sheet but they are attached at the base making the sheets one piece. They are most useful for large for floor mats

 
What is a Cot Sheet?

Cot sheets are just like those used at home in a baby nursery. Fully fitted bottom sheet. Flat top sheet fits standard cots 130cmL x 70cmW x 10cm deep.

 
Do you personalise with childrens names?

We have in the past offered personalisation however we no longer offer this service. Fabric marker pens are available and included in all linen packs.
