Frequently Asked Questions

Share you order with a friend and share the freight costs.

Do our labels survive the dishwasher & microwave?

Yes, A grade stickers that will outlast any plastic container you stick it on.

Can I split my label or bag tag order?

Yes you can. We do charge $3.50 to split any bag tag or label order, as it is more work for our staff. If you would like to do this, phone our office on 1300 660 590 with your credit card details ready and we will happily take your order and request.

What is the difference between fitted sheets and floor mat/stacking bed sheet sets?

Fitted Sheet Sets have two separate sheets (each with a woven name label) designed for matteresses and cots. Floor Mat/Stacking Bed Sheet Sets are designed with the top and bottom sheets fixed together at the base and four pieces of elastic at the corners designed to hook over the legs of stacking beds or floor mats. Still confused....call us 1300 660 590, and be confident that if you make an incorrect selection, we are happy to exchange it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not anymore, the freight charges are more than the value of our products

Do you accept orders from parents?

While many of our customers are child care centres and schools, we will happily pack and ship orders directly to parents. Order here on our secure web site or call 1300 660 590 for phone orders.

Do you still offer 20%-30% off for child care centres?

No, because even better, we have lowered our prices on our website and in our order forms by 30%. This makes it easy for you to order whether you are a child care centre or parent.

Why is Express Post so expensive?

A linen pack costs $20 to express post because it falls into the 5kg parcel [even though it is light]. If you are ordering something less bulky like a drawstring bag, call us and we will give you a better express post rate.

No, polar fleecing will harden if ironed. If you wish to add an iron on label, ensure you have a large piece of protective paper [Glad Bake is excellent] between the blanket/label and the iron.

The pillow will come with a removable cover. Zip open and wash, tumble dry or line dry and iron if you wish. Do not wash the insert as it may become lumpy. Do not iron as the insert will harden.
