We dispatch most orders received one day, the next business day. Stick-on labels are a two step process that take 24 hours to process, so allow two days for dispatch.  Orders received within the 24 hour period after this, or on non-business days, are shipped the next business day providing all items are in stock. If there is an unforeseen delay, Jam Berry will notify you and provide you with the option to change or cancel your order.

Jam Berry uses a combination of Australia post, Express post and Fastway courier services for our shipping.  Our decision is dependant on the size of the order and the final delivery destination.  Please allow 3-5 working days for Australia Post deliveries.

For Express Post deliveries within Australia, Australia Post guarantees next day delivery to most areas. The guarantee is not applicable in remote areas and generally one extra day is required for delivery.  If you require an URGENT DELIVERY, please contact our office on 07 5520 3100 as we may be able to expedite your order.

At this point, we have a labels and bag tag ship rate of $2.95 and all other items are $7.50. We do spend more on shipping than we charge our customers. If you are clever you can always order with a friend to share freight costs.
Gift Wrap

Jam berry provides high quality, personalised gift wrapping on all products. We use a tissue paper to gently wrap your purchase followed by a creative fabric wrap. The gift is then tied with a quality ribbed Jam Berry ribbon & coordinated gift card.

Wrap and card colours are pinks, greens and blues.

Our staff will select the appropriate ribbon and gift card colour according to the product being wrapped. Alternatively, you can contact us to let us know your preference.
