Thank you responding and clarifying my query. [Kirstin asked about our shoe dots she had ordered and whether there was a clear overlay like other label companies. Jam Berry labels are laminated with clear film so the text will never, ever rub off!]

I'm very happy with your products and am looking forward to using the shoe dots and not have them rub off unlike other brands.

Thank you for the replacement pillow slip and the mesh bag. I certainly appreciated the speed in the delivery! Emily will be so happy to use her pink pillow again. When I received the Jam Berry linen, I was very happy with the highest quality and appearance. The linen was presented so lovely in the packaging. I loved the fact that thought has gone into the positioning of where the labels for the names would go. You can see lots of love and care goes into the making as well as the packaging of Jam Berry linen. And when I showed my 3 year old boy the linen, and the blanket and pillow, he was really excited and asked me to put the blanket on his bed. Thanks again Cheers Helen :)
